my friend did and she likes it. i found some jaw exercises and massages help me thru mine, my jaw almost doesn't click at all anymore or feel tight. def get a nightguard first tho

I have a prescription night guard and I’ve grinded through it so fast I’m worried I’ll have to get another one in less than a year and my insurance only covers 60% of the cost 🥲
