Yess! The puss is so real I’ve had mine since 17 im 22, and one can sometimes “pop” with some blood + puss since it’s a little “deeper” than the other but they’ve never been infected/inflamed but IK EXACTLY what you’re saying

yes!! eventually I just took them out bc the blood and pus got so annoying all the time and I wanted to able to wear certain stuff bales again and I’m glad I did but to each their own, I just realized they weren’t really me yk
