Apply anyway! Women are much less likely to apply without meeting all the qualifications than a man. Yes, over the top job postings are an epidemic, but let THEM decide if they want to reject you, don’t sell yourself short!

unfortunately the field I work in in predominantly women and I keep getting rejection emails (if I even hear back at all) 💔
