i would agree but legally there is zero way to A. prove all 57 members of the frat were in the groupchat (the number 57 is arbitrarily picked from a source online, not the groupchat) and B. no way to prove all of them (or anyone who didn’t actually send a message) actually opened their phone and saw the message
