girl that’s what i’m saying 😭 plus i go to a cc so i don’t have any problems parties to go to here. but like being able to go to the family event and then later a whole trip to niagara falls?? i’ve never been to ny before either

You could try to go to uni on Friday to celebrate just for one night and still get to the baby shower the next day, or go to the baby shower first and be at uni before that night to celebrate

it’s in the early afternoon. and they’re too far apart. i could fly at 7 am but ik id be super hungover but that’s also not much time to hang w friends then

Oh that makes it difficult. This gonna sound cliche but I would flip a coin. If you wanna do both flip a coin and whatever side it lands on is what you’ll do or if you have a disappointed reaction to the one you got then do the one you were hoping for. It kinda helps us subconsciously realize our decision. Also no one is gonna penalize you for your choice

i mean i’ve been talking about going to uni since the week before my friends moved there. but then when i brought it up to my mom, she told me that’s when my cousins baby shower is (which she’s had planned for longer). my friend just brought up niagara falls today

i’ve thought about that but i honestly think i’ll be disappointed no matter what it lands on. each thing has pros and cons i just don’t know how to weigh them correctly :/

Then maybe reach out to your cousin and ask if there is a different time you could celebrate with her and let her know about the cool trip your friends started planning or see if there is another time the trip could be moved to

niagara falls would be a different weekend, so i’d be able to go to her baby shower and niagara falls or i can go halloweekend and likely not afford niagara falls lol
