I’m literally so annoyed I only have the shitty job I have because someone I know sent an email and I want out and every day I apply somewhere new and I’m rejected

No not at all. There are some videos out there of some appropriate professional responses that you can reach back out to the company with. Asking like what you can improve etc. just basically saying you want to be the best version of yourself and would like feedback/critique
