I have fibroids so they’re removing them and also removing a damaged fallopian tube. They’re also searching for endo whilst in there as my gynae suspects I have that too. I ignored it for so long but the pain started getting really bad about a year ago, please go get checked! I don’t think my surgery will be anytime soon sadly, UK healthcare is free but my goodness the waiting lists for everything are insane!
