Oh NO this is wrong. You need yo take your union rep and make an HR complaint. I did early elm in high needs self contained. And yea our kids are damn fucking cute and so so sweet. But like even saying “good boy” was weird when he was pretty smart. Pretty girl to our infantile 7yr old, acceptable. Nuance. That MAN is weird for HIGH SCHOOL. At least we were all girls and the rest mothers themselves.

like the way those terms flow out of his mouth so easily shows that this isn’t the first year he’s said these things so idk how tf he didn’t get reported (and if he did how he has a job still). i’m 23 and staff members often mistake me for a student so him also saying those things to me just makes it so much weirder

this is also an inclusion class taught by a gen ed teacher (him) and a special ed teacher, like 25 kids and a mix of gen ed and special ed students, all of whom have the ability to cognitively realize that an adult saying/doing those things is not okay
