Chances are that it’s not actually thicker, but may seem that way because it’s a new hair that comes back straighter. Irritation of the skin can promote more hair growth, though, and plucking can sometimes cause more hairs to grow in the area.

No I promise you that it’s actually thicker. Ik it can be an illusion that it’s thicker but it genuinely is thicker and darker.

It’s likely because of irritation and increased bloodflow/hormone levels for the new hair, then.
