normalize men giving women push presents that are truly valuable: cars, luxury handbags, land, stock, etc. a push present should honor everything a woman endures during pregnancy and childbirth, as well as her journey into motherhood. a woman’s ability to bring life into this world is sacred and she should be treated as such.

I see it mostly on social media but my godchild is also due in a couple months and my cousin (baby’s mom) was talking with a group of our family members about what push present she wants and got hit with the “the baby is supposed to be your reward though…”
