i worked night shift as a pct and it was not at all for me. it was calmer than day shift for sure but i’m someone that gets sleepy by like 7pm so i was ready to go to bed at the very start of my shift. i also just didnt like sleeping my day away. if you don’t have an issue staying up or sleeping during the day, id say go for it
