Definitely get into a shelter or see if your town offers any women’s programs for the homeless.

Get the code to a private bathroom in a mall or shopping center so you always have access

And I’ve never been homeless but I’ve talked to a lot of homeless people including women, and they try to use public bathrooms as much as they can. Some of them also get gym memberships at like Planet Fitness so they can shower
