Bruh today feels so off. I’m pissed for no reason. I think it’s cuz I’m 11 days from my period. Like then I get hungry but I don’t. Also I’m eating right and doing well in the gym and getting a lot of steps in and I’m not losing weight
Like I was forecasted to lose 2 lbs this week, and it stayed the same. I’m on a calorie deficit, I walk like 13-16k steps and go to the gym regularly. I have been losing weight pretty consistently so I don’t understand
