We’re all sitting there, I’m minding my business and they’re minding their business. I just happened to hear what lady #1 (the one sitting directly next to me) says: “I think I have covid”

Lady #2 was just as disturbed as I was, because she said just about as loud as she could “YOU THINK YOU HAVE COVID?!” Lady #1 says yes and shushes her. Now I’m pissed because I can’t afford to/don’t want to get sick.

I turn to her and say “excuse me, if you think you have covid, you shouldn’t be at the mall, and you definitely shouldn’t sit at a booth next to a stranger while she’s eating, because what if I get sick now?” oh old bitch didn’t like that 🙂‍↔️

She snaps at me “ma’am, the conversation I’m having with my granddaughter is none of your business. You’re free to move if our conversation is bothering you” EXCUSE ME??? Lady #2 pipes in and tells grandma to stop, then apologizes to me.

I’m upset so I get up and start to leave. Lady #1 then DELIBERATELY coughs in my direction as I walk past her. I hear lady #2 say “grandma DON’T DO THAT”. I turn around and ask if she coughed on me, and she laughs and says “not on you, no”.
