i agree 🤢 i def mean like the more respectful approach. like earlier a guy came up to me at target and asked how old i was and if i was single and wasn’t gross or creepy about it

the hospital brings out the bold side of people i’m a pct (pretty much a cna) and when i tell you i genuinely can’t tell you the last shift i worked where i wasn’t hit on. at a certain point it starts to irritate me 😭

oh girl, i definitely know what a PCT is, i appreciate y’all since y’all give all the insight on the floor; while i am doing the paperwork, i read yalls notes, also doing my notes from yalls notes.. i admissions work & follow them up until their first treatment team meeting (day 5)

i primarily work in the all males unit with the hypersexual, hyper violent, aggressive, etc.. it’s a psychiatric hospital, so not your traditional hospital. i gotta decide on who’s their decision maker for the patients, too, if it’s someone close to them or gotta go with court order treatment
