
i find that there’s 2 kinds of spicy, there’s the kind of spicy that feels like you’re eating pins and needles and then there’s the kind of spicy that’s just a lot of different seasonings and flavors that can be overwhelming to ppl. in either case i think you can build your tolerance by modestly incorporating more spice into your food :) the thrill i get from eating spicy food is equivalent to the thrill of a roller coaster to me
