Botox doesn’t alter the shape of your face/lips/whatever, it’s just an anti wrinkle thing afaik

filler is a blend w hyaluronic acid and adds volume. botox is a neurotoxin that paralyzes muscles. so people use fillers for things like fuller cheeks/lips/etc. and botox in frequently creasing areas like forehead, jawline, etc
