I use midol instead and it’s worked like a charm for me!

u can do a combo of ibuprofen and acetaminophen safely bc they are processed by different organs! it’s like do a full dose of one and half of the other and it’s pretty good. i’ve never tried midol tbh but i’ve heard good things

I lay flat on my bed face down- usually that pressure helps (usually watching a show or smth no literally face down but Yk)
