I swear some landlords are worse than children. They can be so fucking petty when you point out basic stuff not being addressed by them. Was given attitude after I pointed out there are giant pot holes in the parking lot that could destroy cars

i work in a law firm and some of the landlords are so bad whenever people in my firm see them listed in cases at this point they’re not even surprised

I even had them come to my apartment once and they broke one of my chairs (don’t even ask idk how it happened or why they used my chair) but they didn’t even leave a note, I just found it broken and was like wtf. They didn’t even pay to replace it they were like oh well we can fix it. Luckily it was an inexpensive chair but it was seriously built well, idk what they did
