PLEASE HELP, i’m sick of my roommate this morning i walked downstairs to dog shit on the floor i’m done and honestly don’t know what else to do. i’ve tried talking to her multiple times but she just tries avoiding the subject

Send one last text. “(Roommate) this is your last chance to talk with me about the dog situation or all of this is going to the landlord/leasing office. I have tried multiple times to talk to you about not cleaning up after your dog but you have avoided the subject multiple times. You have until 9pm tonight to have a conversation about this with me or I’m filing a complaint with the landlord/leasing office and you’ll have to face the consequences laid out in the lease.”

Obviously edit that to fit your exact situation but the gist is to give her one last chance to talk it out or she has to deal with the consequences that are no doubt outlined in your lease about pet damage and the like.
