As someone who hires people, we notice. Low level jobs might not notice, but for example I work at a university where there are committees for hiring people, and that’s a huge thing we notice. We actually didn’t hire a guy a few months ago because he was a chronic job jumper. 2 years and he would just quit and move on. We weren’t willing to risk that
