No it’s about maturity not age. Some 23 year olds has the mindset of a 18-19 year old while some 19 year olds are mature acting 23-25

I just go by . How old were they when you were still in elementary school.. like I don’t wanna date a guy that was in second grade when I was in fifth grade 😂😂
