Disposable discs are a GAME CHANGED OMG can’t feel it AT ALL, change it twice a day (before bed and when I wake up), it’s really not messy at all when you do it right, don’t have to clean it and SO cost effective cause of how little you switch them 😍😍

I have the reusable one it’s so comfy and environmentally friendly AND you spend like $30 and dont have to buy like any period products for a few years. Best decision of my life

Basically during ur period you just rinse it after you empty it. And then when you’re off your period, boil it for like 10 minutes to sterilize. Super simple and relatively painless! The risk of TSS and infection is super low (I think due to the silicone? Idk). The disposable ones also are low-risk, but knowing I’m not going to literally die if i cant rinse it out (public bathroom moment) is super comforting lol

Also, getting 2 would be smart, but honestly if you wash the reusable one at least once daily with a mild soap, then you’d be perfectly fine with just 1. I usually wash mine in the shower or right before I go to bed. And just rinse well after emptying during the day
