I feel like my stomach looks so bad and I hate it because it’s summer but I don’t have the motivation to clean my room let alone do exercise. I’m 5’6 and 140lbs and people say that it’s normal but I really just want a flat stomach so badly

You don’t need a flat stomach to enjoy summertime, despite what people may tell you. I recommend finding some sort of movement that you enjoy, it doesn’t have to be a hardcore workout, but maybe taking a walk, even dancing in your room, yoga, stuff like that. Moving around helps you feel better physically and mentally.

You could even just do leg lifts or something while you lay in your bed scrolling honestly, it’s a light core workout and it doesn’t even require you to get up
