ngl with the sheer number of posts like this on this app (not just gt) i doubt most of them are legit. it's easy to take advantage of the anonymity here, like you can just give a burner venmo/paypal and go poof. and i feel like most people have someone in their lives they can ask before literal strangers, even just posting on their story or something. but yeah if you're in a really tough spot then this is better than other places

I did ask a group chat but no one answered and other friends I’m just avoiding because I just feel too guilty or embarrassed asking them especially knowing they’re not more well off than I am it just doesn’t feel right. And I didn’t wanna post on my story cuz embarrassing and I do a lot of fundraising for families in Gaza on social media I want the focus on them if possible
