Hey I don’t wanna seem rude or anything but I think the orange drink might be an energy drink. Idk if it’s good for people recovering from an ed bc people who have one rely on that for energy vs food and I don’t want you relapsing idk I’m sorry😭😭

its one of those protein water blend things, supposed to be an alternative to gatorade so theres protein AND electrolytes. theyre very intriguing but i feel like i would hate the taste lol

oh this one specifically has no caffeine! just electrolytes, protein, and b vitamins! i think they do sell caffeinated ones, but this one isn’t one of them. and don’t be sorry! i really appreciate you looking out for me:)

finding a support system! i say this often because i super mean it!! therapy is also really important for working through your thoughts in a healthy way to understand the root of your unique situation. i’m lucky that my therapist has also studied nutrition, so he gives me a bit of guidance on picking meals that’ll be good for me. ik this is a lot! there’s so much to learn, but just taking the first step (therapy) has slowly pushed me to where i am now! you are so strong girl! you can do this:D

Thanks that means a lot! I haven’t told anyone and no ones noticed cause it’s scary to admit this stuff out loud
