when my period got super irregular and i had long periods (15-20 days) i switched to a menstrual cup because the frequency of changing pads/tampons was so expensive i know they’re scary for some but $30 once is more manageable than $20 a month

guys use AAVIA it’s a free app made by woman for woman, they don’t sell ur info and they tell you about ur 4 different phases

also it was bc my birth control pack got opposed with my cycle bc of a surgery once i stopped bc it went back to normal and i got an IUD which i love
