wait but the skinny girls were right why are all the clothes bigger…i’ve been a size medium for YEARS and i know i didn’t lose weight so why are these shorts falling off me!!

Exactly! Yes! I got flamed for one time saying that targets clothes were severely oversized. Like I sew for a living. I’m not lying when I notice a difference

Tbh when I was overweight and a large I was all bitter about people who complained about vanity sizing and thinking it was some skinny ego trip thing. Now that I’ve lost weight and am an XS… I should not be an extra small. I’m not even small and there are plentyyy of girls smaller than me

I see it the most at American Eagle. Haven’t shopped there since I lose more weight but I was a size 4 at 150 pounds.

Also like if I’m already an XS if the sizes keep getting bigger then I won’t be able to shop anywhere. Which is scary to me bc where tf am I supposed to get my clothes. I like sewing but I hate altering everything I wear bc all it does is cause more problems with my body image
