I’m not sure about anyone else but it’s a lil strange that after working out I just get an extra boost of energy for the remaining of the day. Like it lasts a while not even just for a lil. It’s like I wanna continue working out.
I’m scared it’s a lil wave like “hello” from my EDs. I used to overwork myself like crazy every day. I mean I’m letting myself relax I just have this need to run now or something

this is common with working out! many people work out and gain energy from it, doesn’t mean u have to continue to work out but it’s not strange
