they usually get me here, tho i can’t say i can call the back pain cramps. my knee and hip joints often hurt as well

Mine is usually right below my belly button and they ALWAYS make me need to shit

Mine are usually in my hips and legs. I don’t get them often thanks to my IUD but when I do they’re awful

mine are only vaginal but i’ve had them in my ovaries as well. but i always start cramping up to two weeks before my actual period and that’s worse than getting them during for me 😩

I have it everywhere but mainly over my uterus

for me it feels more like someone trying to tear out my uterus with an ice cream scoop

Mine are kinda where my bladder is but like more inside my body. Day before my period it's a squeezing sensation, and days 1 and 2 it feels like someone has put a basketball in my uterus and it's stretching the ever fucking daylights out of it. Like my uterus is gonna explode
