i hate how i get nauseous when i don’t eat enough. like i know i’m supposed to eat but i can’t because i feel like i’ll vomit. make it make sense!!! and it gets even worse when i start my period!! wtf?!?!?
get into the habit of eating thru the nausea then eventually ur stomach will acclimate. i also find working out or going on a walk makes alot of the nausea go away w needing the food

I used to have this bad but meal replacement shakes are great. I personally had this issue in the morning a lot, would highly recommend carnation breakfast drink with milk

also protein shakes in general !! big fan of ON gold standard whey, they have this vanilla ice cream flavor that is soooo good
