this is gonna be a hot take on here i alr know but this idea of “republican girls aren’t pretty/can’t dress well” is just dumb and not always true. and im saying this as a leftist. the two party system is ruining us and i get being angry at the ppl 1/2

Nobody is saying they’re all ugly or can’t dress. But there’s a certain type of ugly/lack of style that is only held by republicans. Again not every republican looks that way. But everybody who looks that way is Republican

2/2 on the right but they are still people like us whether u like it or not. we need to pivot and focus that anger on the politicians and the 1%. we need class consciousness not a political divide in this country. that’s how they keep us oppressed bc we focus so much on fighting each other we don’t focus on the people we ACTUALLY need to fight

that’s literally just not true though i’m sorry. ur hatred for republicans is valid but it’s also skewing ur perception. when we start seeing ppl as only one thing or them being the only ppl that are capable of possessing a negative trait we’ve already lost the plot. that’s how dehumanization starts. (key word starts. i didn’t say you’re fully dehumanizing them.) i’m really wary of this

sure but thinking you can determine what someone is like on the inside because of how they look or dress on the outside is an incredibly slippery slope. and anyone of any political or moral compass can have shitty fashion sense😭
