I hate to say it but I was literally thinking about this earlier. I live in Orlando and a lot of people work for Disney and Universal. Both of them work their workers like crazy. Like I love theme parks and stuff but I couldn’t imagine dedicating my life to these billion dollar companies like Comcast and Disney

Because the job market is shit, and employers expect it. If you do it and are hourly, you make bank off of overtime. If you are salaried, it’s just to keep you from being fired.
