I started binging bc of stress and now I’m in a bad cycle. Any tips on how to stop? I don’t restrict during the day. I’ve just been eating like crazy

i have the same problem. for me its been going on for years and i’m starting CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) to address the emotional regulation first in order to successfully stop binging. it’s been really helpful so far, and i highly recommend!
