on that same note, don’t donate clothes that are inside out because we get too many donations a day to have time to fix your half assed laundry so we are instructed to throw that away as well. just throw it away yourself

i work at my local thrift store. an no we aren’t allowed to sell something for more than what it was originally bought for. and most shein shirts are $3-4 and we sell shirts for $4.49 so i have to throw them out

if it leaves the premises, i have to pay $1 per item on clothing and i’m in uni atm so that would add up super quickly

honestly that sounds like such a shitty system ugh😭 you shouldn’t have to pay for it the thrift store should just donate the other clothes to places that would sell them

it actually is the worst! it’s run by a board owned by the hospital and they’re actively trying to sell the place. they don’t care about anything or anybody that’s here and it really shows
