As a black person on the West Coast, I feel like it really depends on your location. Like I’ve never been to the south before but you would definitely get weird. Looks if you said it on the West Coast but if it’s normal in the south and I would use it

I remember I had a 7th grade white teacher who would say the n word hard r in her readings and say it would be so it was necessary for us to understand the plot 😭

Yeah, my English teacher had to skip that word. She didn’t read it aloud either in ninth grade. It was like a mice and men and there was like the N-word in it so she didn’t read it and she didn’t let us read it. Bro I’m black and then there was the word Negro also in this white guy slap me on the shoulder, was like you can’t say that 😅 and I was like what what?
