The best i can say is suggest cardio. The best shape i was ever in i literally only did cardio. It was high school albeit but i did track and cross country so id walk or bike to school then run however many miles for practice. Walk or bike home. Walk or bike to and from work. And thats all i did and i was in better shape than any time ive ever actually worked out. And that point in time i also ate the most too bc i could just burn the calories same day
