Don’t they have one of those settings where you can only chat with people with “parents” email verification? I’d let them play if they were playing the version with no chatting

He’s only 11 too but he also doesn’t have his own electronics device and can only play on the family tv so we can always see what he’s doing and who he’s talking to. I personally think people are quick to blame the game but then too lazy to watch with her children are actually doing.
