Remember that people like Trump have been married multiple times.. being in a relationship does not mean it’s a healthy/secure one and it definitely doesn’t mean you’re a good person (not that ur a bad person just that comparison isn’t a good way to prove that). You don’t want to settle for anything less than everything you deserve. You and your future partner will be absolutely obsessed with each other and that’s exactly what you should wait for.

It’s okay that it’s taking time, you are exactly where you’re supposed to be right now. Make the best of it. Focus on yourself (even if it feels like you’ve already done that!) because the healthiest relationship will sneak up on you when you feel 10000% whole as just yourself
