It is true that it is common in elementary & middle school that boys harassing girls can be a sign that the boy has a crush. What the adults in the situation need to understand is that that doesn’t make the boy’s behavior okay. Teach the kid appropriate behavior for dealing with his crush, don’t make it the girls problem.
