Me too. I’m just scared I might accidentally carry on the trauma my mom gave me, and that’s my biggest fear. I never want my future kids to feel the way she made me feel

I just gave birth to a baby girl 3 days ago. She’s so precious. Ik women love to tear other women down so I will do my best to make sure she’s always secure and confident

i have a son and omg it’s so great. i know he isnt a daughter, but i really want to create an independent man. i do not want him to treat his future partner like his mom or a maid. absolutely not

You’re so lucky!! I want my kids to feel my overwhelming love and to watch them and my relationship with them grow from their toddler to adult years. I’m just 22 but excited for my ‘one day’. Love on your mama a little extra today! She deserves it.

I get that girl, my home environment was very tense and stressful. But I think as long as we are aware that makes all the difference because we want to give our children everything we wished our parents could have done differently. At least in my eyes, ofc everyone is different. The trauma ends with us!
