it works just like a regular penis. the often use your forearm skin or outside of your thigh i believe to use for the skin and they reconstruct your nerves. it’s actually very interesting because isn’t it crazy how a surgery like that is possible? i plan to actually help out my friend after his surgery because it truly is super painful :/
