I used to work at a grocery store in ✨New Jersey✨ and this dude saw me staring down his confederate flag shirt and made some comment about “it’s just history”. Like bitch in NJ no tf it is not 💀

I grew up in Vermont. VERMONT. Slavery was illegal the day the state was founded. And kids STILL wore confederate flags. Bro, you’re from VERMONT BRO

In case you’re curious, Indiana has quite the history with racism. The hooded dunces were EXTREMELY powerful in the 1920s to the point where they held governmental power and almost bought a university.
