
yet if i say "if you're overweight and getting winded after a flight of stairs and having joint issues, pain, and hormone issues you are 100% not healthy and could cause serious damage to ur body if u don't change ur habits" that's rude and people bend over backwards trying to explain why being overweight is normal and okay.
I’m trying and it’s so hard because there are so many hurdles around food for me😭 it’s so expensive, im extremely picky, I can barely cook, and I’m staying with my parents who eat like 1 meal a day and can only rely on what they have in the fridge . Just saying not all of us twigs are skinny for appearance reasons I just struggle really bad to maintain my health
