most people have the most unhealthy habits in college all of people around me including me would go out drinking then eat greasy food on weekends. sleep schedule was always fucked for exams and stress for me made me eat more. some weeks id go to the gym other weeks i got like 300 steps a day. not saying u can or should go back to old clothes size from four years ago but now u can make healthy consistent habits that can affect ur weight in a good way
