waves are not curls otherwise there would not be a whole different category for them. waves can hold a curl much better than straight hair when trying to curl it up but there’s a difference yk?

waves form more of an S pattern while curls form an actual spiral like a ringlet. people often mistake super tight waves for curls but there’s no spiral and just tight S like that’s waves baby and they’re beautiful just know the difference
