You might just have light period/bleeding. My gf was the same way but hers didn’t last 5 months lol.

Time to see a gynecologist! Going more than 3 months without a period is dangerous because of unchecked uterine lining thickening. They’ll need to prescribe a course of progestin to induce a bleed. If this happens a lot, ask your doctor to look into the cause. It could be PCOS, thyroid issues, or a number of other factors.

I’ve been this way since I was 13, like I usually get my cycle 3-4x a year but recently it’s been more like 1, maybe 2 if I’m lucky and I want to eventually have kids so it’s extremely worrying for me

My periods were dangerously heavy so I don't have them anymore

Are you using hormonal medication to stop them? That’s different. That makes it safe to not have them.

Been tested for PCOS multiple times, had thyroid tested, all the main avenues explored. Having to see specialists and as a 24yo I unfortunately don’t exactly have specialist money so it’s a slow process

I take birth control but just the white pills so I don't bleed.

I’m sure it’s already been offered at this point, but you should seriously consider getting on birth control both for your immediate health and to protect your future fertility. It will keep your uterine lining thin, so you don’t have to worry about developing uterine cancer, and can protect your ovaries. It’s a catch-all treatment, not just a bandaid.

That’s a hormonal medication. That’s different than just missing periods.
