Did you know it was alc when she gave it to you? If it wasn’t an active choice the streak basically stands. Yes, technically you drank and that sucks but you didn’t chose to drink, someone else didn’t tell you there’s alc in it, and if you knew you would’ve said no. Your still doing amazing and don’t beat yourself up too hard!

I didn’t know no, it wasn’t until I was almost done with it did I taste whatever settled at the bottom. She just moved in and I honestly might’ve forgotten to mention it since none of my other roommates drink. I doubt it was malicious or something. Thank you though so much, genuinely that makes me feel better.

She’s new and I probably forgot to tell her. She was super sorry when I mentioned it so I’m not upset at her or anything but I’ve been upset with myself for not noticing it sooner and all that

Ofc and seriously don’t be mad at yourself for not knowing sooner and like I said you would’ve said no had you known there was alc in it and that’s the most important part you didn’t purposely and actively try to throw your sobriety and it seemed like an honest mistake for both of you. Rooting for you!
