I’ve been super depressed lately and idk who to even talk to. I’ve tried dropping hints to my friends without saying hey I’m depressed and not ok but no one is catching on or they think I’m joking and idk who to talk to now.
Sometimes it may just need to be explicitly said that you need help. People like to assume that everyone is okay and miss signs when they’re not. Schedule time with friends and maybe ask them to make sure you follow through since you have been feeling not yourself.

I’d also like to point out that sometimes relying on your friends for emotional support isn’t a 10/10 idea. Not everyone is emotionally capable or willing to have conversations like that.
Is there anyone else you can talk to? Parent? Therapist?

i’m sorry but i’m just going to be the one to say it. If you’re not willing to be there for your friends then you probably shouldn’t be their friend in the first place. Friendship is a two way street.

100%, but I’m saying you cannot emotionally rely on someone like that. That’s unfair to you, and to them

Friends aren’t expected to fix the problem, but they are expected to care. If you are unwell, friends will want to know and they will want to help you OP.

Girl talk is a national group. I’m not sure what SCAD stands for, but I don’t go there.
