I only ever put in a maintenance request for four things!! I didn’t have hot water for a week and a half, my oven was getting too hot (like 600+ degrees) and my stove was sparking, once in the middle of July my AC went out for three days and it was 95 degrees in my apartment, and once the people upstairs broke their toilet and flooded my bathroom with moldy toilet water.
